We offer knowledge, skills, and tips through live sessions and a self-paced online academy, nationwide to Democrats. And we do it for free. Because this is how we build the next generation of Democratic leadership.

We are the largest Democratic campaign training organization in the nation. We’ve trained over 112,000 Democrats since 2016. In 2024 alone, we had 2700+ Democratic and nonpartisan candidates on the ballot. We are building a movement, not a moment.
Our mission is to empower Democratic candidates, campaign staffers, and local leaders with free, accessible tools, expert training, and online resources to secure victories anytime, anywhere.
